About The Event

The No Longer 3/5 Coalition is a Power Building Group of  Community Leaders, Grass Roots Organizations, Individual Activist, and Incarcerated & Formerly Incarcerated Individuals building power, working in synergy to restore the voting rights of Incarcerated Persons while simotainously building monikithic people power in communities accross the Commonwealth.
